Discovering the real problem

Return to cases

Who is AstraZeneca?

AstraZeneca is a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing innovative medicines to improve patients' lives. In Mexico, they aimed to increase treatment adherence and enhance patient follow-up in a specific business line, facing regulatory and adoption challenges.

Originally, they had an idea to improve the transportation of medical representatives in their patient follow-up program.

What we learned together

"They did a great job; the application was disruptive, professional, and they managed to create an innovative solution without losing sight of the human aspect and empathy. They were able to address everything we needed, and we achieved a great connection with them."
